Tinea versicolor, also known as pityriasis versicolor, is a superficial fungal skin infection that often leads to discoloured patches, mild itching, and considerable discomfort affecting the patient’s quality of life. Conventional antifungal treatments frequently offer only temporary relief, with a high rate of recurrence. This case report presents the successful management of a chronic case of Tinea versicolor in a 45-year-old male through individualized homeopathic treatment. The patient had been suffering from the condition for 18 months and reported significant distress related to the skin discoloration and itching.
